CONSTRUCTION.
Gauze - Conical, Height 2", 28 mesh iron.
Glass - Conical, Height 23/4"
Admission of air is through four tubes and through an annular chamber, surrounded by a gauze and situated immediately above the oil vessel.
The discharge orifice above the gauze is of conical shape.
The top of the inlet tubes can be closed and sliding shutters at the base of two of the tubes opened, so that the fed-air can be taken either from the top or the base of the tubes, for use for gas testing.
